We are seeking a Social Media Ads Specialist/Leads Expert to help create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.

• Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media ad campaigns
• Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies
• Generate qualified leads through paid advertising
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve conversions
