📢 SERVICE RESTORATION ADVISORY

To all our valued subscribers,

We sincerely apologize for the unexpected service interruption.

Earlier today, a Meralco power outage affected one of our network substations. During the outage, a severe power surge damaged one of the critical system layers of our server infrastructure. Unfortunately, our UPS was unable to provide the expected protection against the surge, resulting in hardware damage that required immediate replacement.

Because of this unforeseen equipment failure, the restoration process took longer than anticipated.

We are grateful to inform you that the affected system has now been successfully repaired and services have been restored.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this incident has caused. We understand how important a reliable internet connection is, and we take full responsibility for improving our power protection and redundancy to help prevent similar incidents in the future.
