LOOK: 54% of Filipinos disagreed or strongly disagreed with the House of Representatives’ decision to impeach Vice President Sara Duterte, while 42% considered the evidence cited in the impeachment complaints weak or insufficient, according to June 2026 WR National Poll: Philippine Public Opinion Monitor Issue 10 conducted by WR Numero Research, the polling subsidiary of WR Advisory Group.

📌 27% considered the evidence strong, while 31% said they did not know enough about the issue to make an assessment.

📌 The nationwide survey was conducted June 9-16, 2026, through face-to-face interviews with a nationally representative sample of 1,432 Filipino adults.

What does the latest public opinion data tell us about the 2028 presidential race?

In his latest column for The Corner Oracle, The Philippine Star, Andrew Masigan examines findings from the June 2026 Philippine Public Opinion Monitor (PPOM) by WR Numero Research, highlighting shifting political loyalties, regional voting patterns, voter uncertainty, and the increasingly competitive 2028 presidential landscape.

Among the key findings: Sara Duterte leads the presidential preference survey at 39.4%, followed by Leni Robredo at 20.9% and Raffy Tulfo at 14.2%, while 17% remain undecided.
