🎯 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: IT Technical Support Group Intern

📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Cyberscape Beta Ortigas Ave.

𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

• Diagnosing troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Talk to clients, agents, and BSGs through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

1. Willing to do a face-to-face internship setup location in Cyberscape Beta Ortigas ave.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
4. Commitment to learning and personal growth.
5. Can start immediately
6. Can render at least 150-600 hours
7. Willing to be trained and experience the actual job on your chosen field.
