We’re Hiring: AP/AR Senior Analyst

Join our growing Accounting Services Team and take the lead in end-to-end accounting operations, from Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement projects.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily AP/AR and reconciliation tasks
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely postings
Support process transitions, automation, and month-end closings
Prepare reports and analysis to support business decisions
Collaborate with global teams and mentor junior analysts

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
4+ years of accounting experience (BPO/shared services preferred)
Strong AP or AR background (both = big plus!)
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
Experience with US GAAP, Yardi, or MRI a plus

Work Setup:

Hybrid (2–3x onsite per week)
Mid-shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PH Time)
Overtime during month-end close as needed
