Golden Sunshine Manpower Services Incorporated is a Filipino owned company, duly organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, in accordance with the provisions of the Corporation Code of the Philippines, on the 25th of November, 1987, under S.E.C. The business name is likewise duly registered with the Department of Trade and Industry, in accordance with the provisions of A

ct No. 3883, as amended by Act No. 4147 and Republic Act No. 863, and in compliance with the rules and regulations prescribed by the Director of Trade Regulation and Consumer Protection on August 5, 1988, as evidences by Certificate of Reg. 88 No. 31607 issued on the 11th day of August, 1988. The corporation started initially as a single proprietorship in August 1986 under the business name SUNSHINE MANPOWER SERVICES. It went into full operation only in January 1987. Its initial clients were Hong Kong Bank Centre, San Juan, Metro Manila respectively. Encouraged by the favorable patronage the firm was getting from clients, the officers thereof decided to incorporate; hence, the expanded concern, now known as GOLDEN SUNSHINE MANPOWER SERVICES, INCORPORATED, servicing satisfied business establishments.
