Governance shouldn't be a luxury reserved for the giants.

At TABSS, we are preparing the Nexus Absolute Integrity framework—enterprise-grade architecture designed for startups and small businesses to adopt affordably.

We are building a system that, by design, literally cannot lie. This is our response to the mass-layoff pressures facing human operators today.

Popcorn is needed.

A lot to learn from my builds for newbies, like me.

And aligning "Absolute Integrity" to do what is just right.

Shoutout to Notion. For knowing that they have no originality, copying someone else's work and applying it to its current infra.

I don't mind the copy right, as long as the truth is posted.Notion build, no cuts, or edits.

What is the Nexus? Here's a summary of what the Nexus is, and why it's different with everything else.

“Remember, with great power comes great responsibility.” — Uncle Ben, Spider-Man (2002) 🕸️

We’ve all been there: clicking “I Agree” on a 50-page Terms & Conditions document just to get to an app. We trust that the technology we use has our best interests at heart. 🤝

But as we enter the era of AI, the stakes are changing. These aren't just apps anymore; they are agents that can learn our habits, handle our data, and influence our daily decisions.

The truth? Not every company prioritizes you. In the race to be first or to maximize profit, safety can sometimes take a back seat.

As a Systems Architect, I believe building "cool" AI isn't enough. It has to be Safe AI with integrity always in mind. At TABSS, we take Uncle Ben’s advice to heart. Our job is to ensure that the "Great Power" of AI is used to protect the human operator, not just the bottom line.

Because at the end of the day, technology should be an enhancer that empowers people, not a risk they are forced to take.

P.S. If you look closely at the graphic, we actually have an extra "with" in the quote. Even though I make the occasional typo with no bad intentions, I promise we don't take any shortcuts when it comes to the architecture of your safety! 🛡️🤖

This video shows one of my daily runbooks in action.
No edits. No script.
Just the real behavior of a system built on integrity.

I’m running the WOTD (Word of the Day) Runbook here — a workflow that won’t publish anything unless the word is truly unique.

Some people think that’s a failure.
But actually, it’s the guardrail doing exactly what it was designed to do.

That’s the point:
When the intention is clear, even the “stop” moments are signs of success.

This is my baseline.
My first real try.
Where I actually stand — unfiltered.

If you want to see the full uncut 18-minute run, here it is:

(With captions and full walkthrough.)

One last thought I want to share here:

It doesn’t take a lot to distract someone from meaningful work.
Most of the time, the price of a cup of coffee is enough to knock people off their purpose… especially when profit becomes the only measure.

Integrity matters.
Guardrails matter.
And showing up with intention matters — even on the first attempt.

Thanks for being here.
And thank you for the support as I build this with care.

We all have a “Never” that keeps us going.
For us at TABSS, it’s simple:
💡 Never Stop Learning
💜 Never Stop Being Kind
🚀 Never Stop Moving Forward

Because at the end of the day, systems don’t just run businesses — they protect time, energy, and the people we love most.

What’s your “Never”? Share it below.

The Architect's Newsletter: Integrity, Systems, and the Only Way Out

Ever feel like you're *sabotaging* your own growth, patching holes, running faster, but getting nowhere?

That's how most founders live: racing against chaos, trying to out-hustle a system built on half-truths and shortcuts.

But here's the hook:
The real sabotage isn't out there. It's inside, those moments when you accept "just ship it," "good enough," or "nobody will notice."

That's where businesses die, quietly, from the inside out.

What Does "Integrity" Mean for TABSS?

There's a story I will never forget, and I'll keep sharing it whenever the topic is integrity.

It's about my dad, Antonio Mendoza. Tony, as his friends called him. He was given the task of finding someone to rent my "tita" Mariam's house in Commonwealth (not the one in the States, but here in the PH). My tita, my lola, and my cousins had moved overseas to be with their husband and father in Dubai. So the house was empty, and they wanted it to be in use, since they had no plans to return to the PH.

Part of the task was that when my dad found a renter and the earnest money was given, he would receive a month's worth of rent as a reward, around ₱20,000. For my dad, that was a huge amount, he had no stable job, he was taking medication for diabetes, and he really needed the money.

My dad knew a lot of people. He would talk to anyone, including the *pedicab* driver in the village where the house was located. He told the driver that if he could refer someone, there'd be a fee for it.

One day, my dad asked me to accompany him to the house, someone wanted to rent it, and because of his bad eyesight due to diabetes, he needed my help. The renter paid the earnest money in full and was ready to move in after a week or so. I teased my dad, saying he'd have a big payout, knowing how much he'd get. Then the *pedicab* driver knocked on the gate, and, to my shock, my dad handed him an envelope with the full amount: a month's rent.

I was confused, and honestly, a bit furious. Why give the full amount to the driver, who hadn't really done anything except point out the house and mention to the renter that it was available? I asked him about it, and with all his confidence he told me: "A deal is a deal. Even if he didn't do much, he was still the reason, the one who referred the renters."

At that moment, I couldn't accept it. I told him he could have split the sum, since he did most of the work, and the driver would have appreciated even a small portion of the ₱20,000 fee. But he pushed back and said, "I could have done that, but my conscience would never let me sleep if I didn't do what I knew was right." Then he told me one of his famous lines: "It's not about the money, it's always the principle." No amount of money could buy my dad's values and, ultimately, his integrity.

Here's How We Sabotage the Sabotage:

We Build With Integrity:**Every TABSS OS is fully documented, shared, and open for client review, every step, every change, every lesson.
Every "Done" Is Verified:**We never tick a box until it works, tested and proven. If a task isn't done right, it isn't done. That's our default, and it's non-negotiable.
Legacy Over Hype:**We're not here for the "launch and vanish."We're building systems you can hand down, not quick hacks you'll have to fix next quarter.

Why Integrity Wins (and Sabotage Fails)

Integrity turns clients into partners, not just customers.
Integrity means you sleep at night, not worrying about what's lurking in the backend.
Integrity is the antidote to sabotage, because every shortcut taken is a crack in your foundation.

So here's the challenge:

If you want to break the cycle, you have to sabotage the old ways, cut out the noise, the half-truths, the "move fast and break things" that only ever break you.

Build with clarity. Build with integrity.

Or risk being the reason your own system fails.

“I’m telling y’all, it’s sabotage”

(But today, the only thing we're sabotaging… is the old way.)

Let's architect your next chapter, with systems built to last.
No more sabotage. Just legacy.

P.S. We give credit to everyone and everything involved in the build. Every part, every section you see was carefully designed and built from scratch. The idea is to stand behind our systems and confidently say: that's a piece of my legacy, passed down from my dad, now being handed to you.
