AFM The Assets & Facilities Management is the unit responsible of maintaining the physical plant & facilities & the custodian of the material resources of UA&P

Assets and Facilities Management (AFM) with it's different sections takes care of the following:

1. The General Services Section (GSS) is in charge of the Parking, Parking Stickers, Student Lockers, General Supplies, Bookstore, Mailing and Messengerial Services, PABX, Asset Custodian and other Students and Staff related services.

2. The Security and Safety Office (SSO) concerns with the securit

y of the campus.

3. The Reservations (RES) is in charge of Room and Vehicle reservations and Set-up services.
4. The Building and Equipment Maintenance (BEM) is in charge of the utilities, aircon repair and maintenance, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, civil works and over all maintenance of the physical facilities of the campus.
5. The Housekeeping takes care of the cleanliness and order in the campus.
6. Conseccionaire takes charge of the food concession and food services of the campus.

In support of the March 17 run for a cause organized by the Association of Building Managers of Ortigas Center (ABMOCI), the UA&P Assets and Facilities Management Group (AFM) invites everyone to avail of the Unitas for Nature shirt, the proceeds of which will benefit the Phoenix Endowment Program of UA&P.

A portion of the proceeds of the ABMOCI fun run, entitled “Run for a Cause: Buhayin ang Tilapia sa Lanuza Creek," will go to the Phoenix Endowment Program provided that UA&P reaches 300 participants (students, employees, and invitees) to the event. To register in the fun run, please visit this link https://tinyurl.com/abmociregisterrun
and provide your uap.asia email address or indicate your affiliation to UA&P as an identifier. Members of the UA&P Cooperative who will join the fun run will receive a 50% subsidy on the registration fee.

Our Story

The Assets and Facilities Management (AFM) is consist of the following sections: 1. The General Services Section (GSS) takes charge of the Parking facilities, Parking Stickers, Student Lockers, General Supplies, Bookstore, Mailing and Messengerial Services, PABX, Assets Custodian and other Students and Staff related services.

2. The Building and Equipment Maintenance (BEM) takes charge of maintaining the facilities of the University. It handles operation, repair and maintenance of the air-conditioning system, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, civil works and over all maintenance of the physical facilities of the campus. It also monitors the utility consumption and facilitates the environmental compliance and other government requirements pertaining to the buildings.

3. The Security and Safety Office (SSO) takes charge of the campus security.
