As conversations on Artificial Intelligence and Health Equity take center stage across the region, we are proud to share that our CEO and Chief Architect, Francis Uy, was invited to participate in the Forum on Harnessing Artificial Intelligence for Health Equity, co-organized by the Asian Development Bank and the World Health Organization in Manila.
The forum brought together leaders from over 20 countries, with policymakers, health experts, technologists, and innovators discussing one critical question,
"How can AI improve healthcare while ensuring no one is left behind?"
Across the sessions, one theme became clear.
AI is no longer the challenge.
Scaling AI responsibly, equitably, and sustainably is the real work.
Sharing his reflections from the conference, Francis highlighted that successful national-scale AI initiatives require more than technology. They require architecture.
Key insights from the discussions emphasized the need for:
• Clear national health goals that define measurable outcomes
• Strong business architecture, governance, and institutional alignment
• Organizational readiness to ensure adoption beyond early innovators
• Data standards, interoperability, and quality as the foundation for AI
• Practical, scalable technologies that avoid lock-in and support long-term growth
One message resonated throughout the forum,
"Equity must be intentional, and it must be designed into the architecture from the start."
At Sinag Solutions, we believe Enterprise Architecture plays a critical role in turning innovation into real, scalable impact, especially in complex sectors such as healthcare, government, and national digital transformation.
We are honored to be part of these global conversations and to help build systems where AI delivers not only innovation but also inclusion, resilience, and better outcomes for all.
