The Accounting Firm was founded on December 30, 1996 by five (5) Certified Public Accountants and was registered as a general professional partnership with the Philippine.

Securities and Exchange Commission on March 1, 1997 under registry number: A199704826. Subsequently, it was registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue with COR number 97-044-004687 dated March 25, 1997.

Initially, the Firm started its operation in the residence of the Managing Partner. With unwavering perseverance and commitment for excellence the Firm created a reputable image in the community and outside its office area.

Concomitantly, the Firm was able to settle in R.P. Cruz Bldg., #16 B. Morcilla Street, Poblacion, Pateros, Metro Manila as its official business address. With the increase in number of clients, a corresponding increase in the volume of work arises, thus, an additional employees were hired. Therefore, the Firm opened its door to potential, hardworking and dedicated hopefuls.

To-date, the Firm can proudly claim that it has more than One Hundred Fourteen (114) clients with different line of businesses. Likewise, it has the most honest, competent, and dedicated personnel. All of these are products of the Firm’s commitment to deliver quality service to the client and be a leading Professional Practitioner, BUT above all because of the guidance and assistance from the unseen hand . . . . . our Almighty God.
