Story time: We first introduced this to our menu back in 2024, and you know how much we loved it. But putting it back on the menu took a little longer than expected because… our ube halaya supplier went incognito. 😂 Or perhaps the ube shortage had something to do with it too. 🤷🏻‍♀️

But after a long wait, 2026 is the year we bring it back! 🎉

That creamy, rich Basque cheesecake is making its comeback — and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you again. 💜
