Good Day WiConnect Subscriber's!

Pasensya sa inconvenience sng sini nga weekend.

Ipahibalo gali namun nga asta n lang sbng nga bulan ang serbisyo sng internet sa deca 3 kg nasakopan sng Wiconnect.

Ang mga rason nga ah amun untaton na ang pag provide sng internet:

1. Financially di n makaya sng collection ang pagbayad sa provider.

2. D na mka lagas ang collection sa mga major nga problema sa network. Especially sbng Down ang network my mga balaklon nga equipment.

3. Wala na gid may naga hands on maintenance kag support sng needs sng mga subscriber.

4. Damo gid sng past kag existing nga subscribers ang di updated sobra sa delay ang pagbayad.

Madamo gid nga salamat.
Sa liwat gapangayo gid kami pasensya sng naging decision namun.

Good pm subscribers. Downtime aton source. Sorry s inconvenience. Wala gd kaabot ang tech sng main provider. Sorry for the late notice. We tried to fix the issue but the main source gd nga technical team wala nka abot.

Our Team will conduct Emergency Maintenance today. Due to some complaint that this past weeks they have issue with there connections. While the Maintenance is ongoing some Subscribers will experience lost internet connection, some might have low bandwidth, intermittent internet disconnection and etc.
We are would like to apologies for this inconvenience.

Good evening Subscribers.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience & sorry for the late update. That this trouble happen. Our technician was not able to repair the problem, probably our main source provider has the issue the cable or fiber facility box. We already escalate the issue with the main source provider. Will update you tomorrow again.

Update:
Local electric company accidentally cut our fiber line while conducting clearing operations after the typhoon. Our main service provider are already rewiring our fiber line and hopefully be finished today. Thank you for your patience

Update: Until sbng nga hapon wala gid ka update o kakadto ang amun nga SOurce Provider para eh repair kag eh fix ang fiber cut. gin tinguhan man sng aton technician nga mag reach halin sng aga asta maghapon sa provider pero wala gid nakapadala sng technical team. Sa liwat gapangayo gid kami sng pasensya sa inconvenience nga natabo tunggod sini.
