go to the big cities and some were even planning to go out of the country. While I can give a hundred reasons why they think of this, I have 2 points I want to point out.

1) There are few employment opportunities in the Philippines countryside.
2) Filipinos want to have a better quality of life. Knowing this, I put it upon myself to make it a mission to do something about it. After working for 2 years in the BPO industry and another 3 years as a freelance business consultant, I saw the demand for a workforce in the online outsourcing industry. This is why, at age 24 I started a Business Process Outsourcing Company with no financial capital, no management experience, and even any knowledge in the business environment. Today the company has grown to have 9 expansion offices all over the Philippines providing work to 600 plus Filipinos. Honoring the Genius Leaders of MTS 2025 – My Family

I have been part of many teams in my life. But this—this was something different.

MTS 2025 brought together leaders from different countries, backgrounds, and stories. We started as strangers, but we didn’t just become teammates. We didn’t just become friends. We became family.

And family means trust. It means allowing each other to be open, to be vulnerable, to strip away the masks and show up as our true selves. That’s what you all gave me. And because of that, I have never been more clear about my purpose, my goals, and the impact I want to make.

Every single one of you brought something powerful to the table. Your courage. Your passion. Your resilience. Your unwavering belief in each other.

I will carry your stories with me forever.

That last night, the celebration, I’ll never forget it. We were the last team in the room. Nobody wanted to leave. Because the bond we built was real.

Genius Leaders, we created something special. Something that doesn’t end here. So wherever you are in the world, know this.....you have a home in the Philippines. And when we cross paths again, whether in your country or mine, it won’t be as a reunion. It will be a continuation of something greater.

Honoring the Mentors of MTS 2025!

I never imagined that five days of training could shift my entire perspective on life, purpose, and what’s truly possible. But that’s exactly what happened. Today, I want to give honor to the men who made this transformation possible:

Blair Singer, Larry Gilman, Mac Attram, and Zoltán Hrotkó.

A person’s words can move a nation. That may sound like an exaggeration, but not when you’ve experienced what these guys have to offer. They didn’t just teach...they connected!

They reached into our souls, pulled out our deepest fears, doubts, and limitations, and replaced them with something greater...belief, confidence, and an unstoppable vision of who we can become.

They allowed us to be vulnerable. To break down and build back up. To open our hearts and embrace the possibility that we can be world-class.

I walked into this training thinking I knew what growth was. I walked out realizing I had only scratched the surface. These men don’t just speak… THEY TRANSFORM.

They gave us the gift of clarity. The clarity to see past our limiting beliefs. The clarity to find our voice, to own our power, and to step into the greatness we were always meant for.

I am beyond grateful!!! Not just for what they taught, but for how they poured into us with everything they had. They didn’t hold back. They gave their energy, their wisdom, and their hearts.

And because of that, I will never be the same.

To Blaire, Larry, Mac, and Zoltan...THANK YOU!

I honor you. And I will carry this lesson forward, not just for myself, but for every person I will impact because of what you have given me.

The Hard Truth About Success That No One Talks About…

I just completed the 5-Day Making the Stage program by T. Harv Eker, thinking I was there to learn how to be a better speaker and presenter…

But what I walked away with was way more than that.

See, in today’s world, we’re taught to PROVE ourselves.

Prove that we’re the best.
Prove that we can make more money.
Prove that we can be successful.

And yes, you might get there.
You might buy that mansion.
You might travel the world.
You might build that empire.

But here’s the real question:

Do you still connect with the people who matter?
Do you know if your loved ones are truly happy?
Do you even take a moment to look into their eyes and really see them?

Because if we’re not careful, success becomes a trap.
A game of chasing more instead of feeling more.

And what I realized in this training is this:

It’s NOT about proving.
It’s about serving.

Serving the people who matter.
Serving your purpose.
Serving LIFE itself.

So I’ll leave you with this:
