Maraming maraming salamat PO sa lahat Ng nakiisa sa isinagawang FUN RUN na may temang Takbo para sa tuloy tuloy na pagbabago ,Run for CDD institutionalization .Ang gawain pong ito ay naging matagumpay dahil sa pagtangkilik Ng Bayan Ng Perez sa Institutionalization Ng CDD.Sama sama PO Tayo hanggang sa mga susunod pang gawain para sa patuloy na pagbabago..

3. Requesting the Formulation of CSO Monitoring Team from Sanguniang Bayan
4. Strong enggagement/participation of CSOs in Barangay/Municipal Development Council
5. Approved the O&M fund for all SP under KALAHI CIDDS
6. Call for accreditation of CSOs in Sanguniang Bayan
7. CSOs/CBOs understand their Roles and functions with community development

Nagsagawa ng Municipal Fiduciary Review ang Kalahi-CIDSS sa Perez, Quezon na dinadaluhan ng mga residenteng nagsasagawa ng mga proyekto mula sa 6 na baranggay.

Ang review ay isang paraan para matulungan ang mga residente na masiguro na ang bawat sentimo ay nagagamit nang wasto para sa kanilang proyekto. Dahil mamamayan mismo ang nagsusuri ng mga pinansyal na dokumento, nasisiguro ang isang malinis at malayo sa korupsyon na pagsasagawa ng mga proyekto sa komunidad.
