Farmers and agri-stakeholders, be on the lookout! 🚨 The Red Stripped Soft Scale Insect (RSSI) is making its presence felt again in various areas, posing a serious threat to your sugarcane, fruit trees, and ornamental plants. These pests weaken plants by sucking sap, causing yellowing leaves, stunted growth, and can lead to sooty mold infestations due to honeydew secretion.

🪱 SYMPTOMS TO WATCH FOR:
🔴 Clusters of reddish-brown insects along stems and undersides of leaves
🟡 Yellowing or curling leaves
🖤 Sticky, black mold-like growth (sooty mold) on plant surfaces
