**Another Successful Property Documentation Case!** ✅🏡

Every land transaction is different—and sometimes, what appears to be a simple title transfer turns out to be much more complex.

**Our client's case involved:**
✔️ Transfer of ownership from a Mother Title
✔️ Verification of previously transferred portions sold to other buyers
✔️ Discovery of an incorrect land area reflected in the Tax Declaration
✔️ Review of multiple subdivided lots with separate Tax Declarations
✔️ Correction of an erroneous eCAR through a request for reissuance
✔️ Processing of **four (4) Land Title Transfers simultaneously** instead of the originally planned single transfer

With proper assessment, document verification, and coordination with the concerned government agencies, we were able to identify the issues early and guide our client through the correct legal and administrative process.

**Don't wait until complications delay your property transaction.** A professional assessment at the beginning can save you significant time, money, and unnecessary stress.
