Freshly baked goodness awaits at KADIWA! 🍌✨

Today, WPU-ATBI visited one of our incubatees, RJB Bakeshop, at their stall in KADIWA at SM Mall, Puerto Princesa.

Alongside their delicious banana cake products, visitors can also explore a variety of locally made goods from beneficiaries of the DSWD Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP).

Last Wednesday, April 29, 2026, representatives from PalSU and PPSAT visited the WPU-ATBI and HATCH TBI offices to coordinate and plan the upcoming technical training scheduled for this month.

The meeting focused on aligning objectives, identifying key resource speakers for the training topics, and discussing logistical requirements to ensure effective implementation. Both institutions expressed their commitment to strengthening collaboration and delivering a well-structured training program that will support participants and advance shared goals in capacity building and innovation.

Last April 28, 2026, the project team went to Barn’s Catfish Hatchery at the Farmteach facility to film a promotional video highlighting their journey.

From humble beginnings as one of WPU-ATBI’s first batch of incubatees, Barn’s Catfish Hatchery started from scratch—facing trial after trial in developing their own African catfish production.

What began as experiments and challenges has now grown into a story of persistence, learning, and steady progress.
