To our valued clients,
Please be reminded that whatever problem you're facing on your solar home system and you're far away (3-5 hours drive). Please do not expect an on-the-spot visit as we always have lined-up schedules. Your concerns will be added to our appointments.
We will help you as always with or without warranty, but you need to wait as we only have two technicians available.
If you have an OFF-GRID system, we strongly advise a backup for you to be ready especially during the rainy seasons or emergency occasions like this (battery problem and inverter problem). We always tell our Off-Grid Clients to have genset back up to make sure that they will not experience a power outage.
PS. We are not responsible for the damaged or spoiled goods in your freezer if the solar home system stopped working.
