JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY::
- It is not a cold calling. It is an outbound b2b (business to business) consultation process by just completing and verifying the information submitted by the client provided info.

Qualification Minimum Requirements:
- At least HS graduate
- Good English communications skills
- Minimum 6 months call center experience is a plus but not a must. (willing to be trained)
- Willing to work onsite
- Savvy in computer & internet navigation

Hiring Step Processes:
1. No Assessment written Exam.
2. With IMMERSION hiring processes. After you pass the initial and panel interviews via zoom, you will be invited to go to the office for final interview and immersion hiring process. Means, you will know how the job is being done by listening to the live calls of the tenured agents.
3. You will have your decision if you can do it and you are willing to be trained.
4. If yes, next will be the Job Offer.

NOTE:
"You may have sometime to think about it" while the account is still open for hiring.
- Those who will be qualified to work onsite may work at home if needed in case the government mandated the lockdown.
- WFH computer minimum requirements are the following:
1. Windows 10
2. 8GB Ram
3. i5 or equivalent processor
4. 25mbps
