We have updated our lead time to 7-14 days (previously 3-7 days) due to higher order volume. As our small print shop grows each day, we have decided to increase our lead time to ensure the quality and expectations of our clients. We're happy to hear the positive feedbacks, and any shortcoming is also well documented and noted. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience and slight delay in delivery as our machine had to go through an unexpected maintenance check. For visibility, we have created an Order Status List for those who wish to know the status of their items. New orders will now receive an order number (e.g CBP- # # #). We will also indicate our machines' scheduled checkups and status.

We are thankful for your continued support as always 🥰 We hope to gain more manpower in the future to shorten the turnaround time.
