Good day Everyone!
We are 4th-year students of Quezon City University and currently conducting a feasibility study entitled "A Project Feasibility Study of Assistive Umbrella Cane for the totally Blind in Quezon City" on partial fulfillment on our degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
The respondents who are allowed to answer this survey are the people who have relatives, family or friends who are totally blind at the age of 20 years old to 65 years old.
We would like to ask for a momentary period of your time to answer the survey questions which will allow us to gather and interpret data. Rest assured that all information gathered will solely be used for academic purposes and will be handled with strict confidentiality and under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
