✅ At least 3 years of BPO experience, preferably handling healthcare accounts
✅ Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, including insurance verification, medical billing, claims, appointment scheduling, and EHR/EMR documentation
✅ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
✅ Experience using EMR/EHR platforms (preferred but not required)
✅ Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
✅ A professional attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
