Hindi lahat ng negosyo pare-pareho ang requirement pagdating sa Electronic Invoicing. Kaya importante na malaman mo kung kasama ka sa mga taxpayers na kailangang mag-comply. 👀

❓ Sino ang maaaring sakop ng Electronic Invoicing?

✔️ Taxpayers na required gumamit ng Electronic Invoicing System (EIS) under BIR rules
✔️ Certain taxpayers covered by the e-Invoicing requirements of the EOPT Act and its implementing regulations
✔️ Taxpayers who may be required to issue and transmit electronic invoices based on their classification and applicable BIR regulations

📌 Hindi ka accountant? Okay lang. Pero bilang business owner, may ilang bagay na kailangan mong alam tungkol sa taxes at compliance.

Hindi mo kailangang kabisado lahat ng BIR rules. Pero dapat alam mo kung saan magsisimula. 👇

1️⃣ Alamin ang RDO at TIN ng business mo.
Importante ito dahil dito naka-base ang registration at tax filing records ng business mo.

2️⃣ Basahin ang Certificate of Registration (COR).
Dito mo makikita kung anu-anong tax types at returns ang naka-register sa business mo.

3️⃣ Huwag isipin na kapag walang sales, wala nang filing.
May mga tax returns na kailangan pa ring ma-file kahit zero o walang transaction, depende sa registration at applicable tax obligation mo.

💡 Bottom line:

🚨 BIR Closure: 3 Days na Lang Daw?
As an accounting firm, gusto lang naming ibahagi ang actual experience namin.
Noong 2024 hanggang June 2025, marami kaming na-process na Business Closure sa iba't ibang RDO Sa karamihan ng mga kaso, kapag kumpleto ang requirements at bayad na ang lahat ng assessments at penalties, within 1–2 weeks ay naibibigay na ang No Tax Liability Certificate.
Pero nang lumabas ang bagong RMO na nagsasabing maaari nang matapos ang closure sa loob ng 3 working days, napansin namin na sa ilang mga kasong hina-handle namin, parang mas tumagal pa ang proseso. take note eto pa ung mga matatagal ng close na di lang naiclose properly ung business kaya may penalties .
May mga kliyente kaming:
✔️ Bayad na ang lahat ng penalties.
✔️ Bayad na ang assessments.
✔️ Kumpleto ang requirements.
Pero...
❌ Mahigit 1 taon nang naghihintay ng No Tax Liability Certificate.
❌ May iba namang lumipas na ang isang quarter pero wala pa ring final closure.
🤔 Tanong namin bilang accounting firm:
Depende lang ba ito sa RDO?
O may iba pang factors sa implementation ng bagong RMO?
Hindi namin sinasabing mali ang RMO. Ito lamang ay base sa actual experience ng aming firm sa pagproseso ng business closures.
