Apologies for the late response in your orders. Shiramami had the worst medical situation at this time of the year as she was almost admitted to the hospital this early morning for an ongoing sickness that is slowly progessing every day

Won't get into too much of details but our family is asking for patience and understanding during this time. We just woke up and we are slowly going through every commitments we have in and out of Shirakami

As Shirakami Prints is an event partner of Oshi Con, we will be adjusting deadlines for events held on August 14-16 so we can focus more on the event!

Events next week:
🔸 Komiket Pop-up Ayala Malls the 30th
🔸 Oshi Con

New Deadline for Komiket and Oshi Con orders is on Aug 7, 2026. These orders will be included in our production starting Aug 8 with a guaranteed shipout date of Aug 13 for Komiket and Aug 14 for Oshi Con.

We will accept event pickups at Oshi Con as we will be there for the full 2 days! Just make sure you order by Aug 7.

Any orders placed on Aug 8 to 16 will still be accepted, but production for these orders will begin after Oshi Con when we get home.

We're expressing our apologies for the lack of response the past two days. Our hearts and minds are tired from production and daily life situations and we needed a short break, therefore we had our interactions to a minimum since yesterday 🙏🏻
　
One thing we started this year is to take breaks, before fully committing to the work at hand. We want to extend this to everyone as well, especially to those who were affected by what's happening around us
