Responsibilities
1. Directly reporting to a lawyer with consultancy practice focused on commercial, taxation, and estate laws
3. Routing and/or coordinating delivery of outgoing mail, communication, reports, and other materials
4. Receiving and placing of calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence
5. Arranging, coordinating, and keeping of appointments, schedules, and due dates
6. Assisting in preparing reports, documents, and other papers
7. Basic proofreading and quality control
8. Scanning and/or photocopying of printed matter and management of physical and virtual file libraries
9. Other tasks, as may be required
Must-Haves
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, accountancy, or related field of study
2. At least one (1) year relevant work experience or equivalent college extracurricular experience (internships will be considered as work experience)
3. Proficiency in professional written English and competence in using Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services
4. Adaptable and works well both independently and in teams
Nice-To-Haves
1. Project management experience
2. Intention to enroll in a Juris Doctor/Bachelor of Laws program within the next three (3) years
3. Conversational proficiency of any major Philippine language or dialect aside from Tagalog
4. Non-professional driving license
Work Arrangements
1. Flexible working arrangement with minimal required office days (1-2x a week)
2. Laptop to be provided if necessary
3. Work outside regular business hours, weekends, and/or holidays may occasionally be required
