Puffy under eyes because of stress or heartache? There's a quick solution to that! ♥️ 1. Put cold used tea bags / cold silver spoon 🥄 on puffy area for at least 15 minutes before applying makeup. 2. Use Orange / Red correcting concealer to neutralize the color of the skin. 3. Cover with skin tone concealer and continue with your usual makeup regimen. 😉😘
