SODIUM BENZOATE

Usage 1/8 tsp per kl of meat
Sodium Benzoate is used as a preservative to prevent food from molding. It helps keep our products shelf-stable for at least two years from the date of purchase and is used in concentrations of less than 0.5% by volume.
In the food industry, sodium benzoate is used to prevent spoilage from harmful bacteria, yeasts, and molds. It also helps maintain freshness in food by helping to slow or prevent changes in color, flavor, PH, and texture.

HAMBURGER SEASONING

Recipe
4 kls Ground beef/ Mushroom
1cup (250grams) diced onion
2 cups( 500grams) water
1tbsp(15grams) accord (binder)
2tsp (10grams) curing salt
1pack (250grams) hamburger seasoning

procedure
➡️ ➡️ In a suitable container mix ground beef/mushroom, accord and curing salt.
➡️ ➡️ Add diced onion and hamburger seaaoning and add water gradually.
Again, mix thoroughly
➡️ ➡️ Mix and form into patties.
➡️ ➡️ Fry or Grill
