Virtual Assistant (VA) - Sales & Business Relationship Management

We are seeking a highly reliable and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in sales and business relationship management to join our team. This role is crucial for pipeline growth and maintaining strong vendor partnerships for our HVAC & plumbing services.

Role Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Establish and sustain strong relationships with key vendors and business partners to ensure smooth collaboration.

Role Overview
You’ll help us identify and contact potential partners (property managers, assisted living facilities, real estate companies, etc.), manage outreach records, and follow up to build relationships. Over time, you’ll grow into a larger role with more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Research potential partners within a 40-mile radius of Houston (training provided).

Log and track leads in Google Sheets CRM.

💼 Pinoy VAs: Want to Get Hired by International Clients? Fix Your Resume First!

Here’s what I’ve learned after helping VAs land clients abroad:

1. Photo or No Photo?

Most international clients prefer NO picture. Why? To avoid bias or racism. Your skills + results speak louder than your looks.

If you really want to add a photo, keep it professional and simple.

2. Structure Matters.
👉 Put your experience at the top. That’s what clients care about most.
👉 But if you’re fresh grad / not much experience but from a top school (UP, Ateneo, La Salle, UST, etc.), you can highlight your education first.

3. Be Careful With Short Stints.
If you only stayed 2 months in one role and 3 months in another, clients might think you can’t commit. 🚩
👉 Solution: Remove those from your resume. Highlight stronger roles instead.

4. No Experience Yet?
Instead of showing gaps, write:
✨ “Trained for [specific roles: e.g. Social Media Management, Admin Support] through online training and internship.”
Clients respect initiative!

5. Results > Tasks.
❌ “Did social media posts”
✅ “Helped increase engagement by 30% in 2 months through consistent posting + community interaction.”

At the end of the day: your resume is not a diary, it’s a sales page. Sell yourself by showing results, commitment, and clarity.
