Pearl Hung, hailing from Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, and currently residing in Cebu, was officially introduced as Miss Global Philippines 2023 at Novotel Manila Araneta City on November 18. She was crowned by Shane Tormes, the reigning Miss Global 2022, alongside Ms. Pauline Sofia Laping, the CEO and National Director of Miss Global Philippines.
Having faced adversity from a young age after losing her parents, Pearl's story is one of triumph over hardships. At 30 years old, Pearl's inner strength is as remarkable as her external grace.
Beyond the world of pageantry, Pearl is a woman of remarkable talents and diverse interests. She's an innovator in business systems, an advanced open water and free diver, a poet, and a composer of songs. Furthermore, she's an accomplished author, having penned two impactful books, "The Breakthrough Book" and " Magical Insights of Awareness."
Pearl's life isn't just about personal success. She has dedicated herself to initiatives that make a meaningful difference. She created an online marketing system that helps Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) reunite with their families, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and compassion.
