We are seeking a passionate and innovative Research and Development (R&D) Specialist with expertise in Food Technology and Safety. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in science and technology environments and are eager to contribute to the advancement of safe, sustainable, and high-quality food products.

📌 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute R&D projects focused on food technology, safety, and quality improvement.
• Develop and test new food products, processes, and preservation techniques.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality assurance, marketing) to bring innovations to market.
• Conduct research on emerging trends, technologies, and consumer needs in the food industry.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize formulas and solutions for assigned projects and products and
maintaining a database of ideas.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• 5-8 years experience on product research and development, food processing, and quality assurance
• Sound knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FDA, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
