📌 ITR Deadline Reminder + Attachments Requirement

Heads up!

Per RMC No. 39-2026, the BIR clarified that the required attachments to the Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) must now be submitted on or before the filing deadline itself, which is on May 15, 2026.

This means:
✔ ITR filing
✔ Tax payment (if applicable)
✔ Required attachments (eAFS, AFS, 2307, etc.)

👉 All must be completed on or before May 15, 2026.

This aligns with the extended deadline under RMC No. 30-2026.

💡 Reminder: Early preparation avoids last-minute compliance issues.

In view of the National Energy Emergency,
as per BIR RMC 030-2026

📅 From April 15 → May 15, 2026
✔ No penalties, as long as ma-submit within the extended period

Reminder lang:

Deadline extension is relief… not excuse 😅
Use it well.

pag-fill up ng forms…
at wag ka ng ma stress ✍️💨

Mukhang may konting hinga this April.

Sharing the update on the extended BIR deadline—extra time para ayusin, i-review, at siguraduhing tama ang filings.

Reminder lang:
Deadline extension is relief… not excuse 😅
Use it well.

“April 15 Panic”… at Holy Week pa 😅🙏

At sakto pa—Holy Week.

👉 Hiwalay agad: Taxable vs Exempt

2. Iwas sa “prime time” ng BIR servers
Pag last days, parang concert ticket ang eBIR 😅

👉 Try mo mag-file ng alanganin na oras
(very late night / madaling araw)

Doon medyo “humihinga” ang system.

3. File now, refine later

👉 Mas okay ang “mostly correct, on time”
kesa “perfect, late”

Pwede mag-amend.
Basta huwag naman sobrang underdeclared 😅

4. Digital payment = less stress
Iwas pila, iwas init, iwas badtrip.

👉 Maya / UnionBank / DBP / Landbank
👉 Screenshot + email = panlaban mo sa audit

5. Alagaan ang sarili (hindi lang FS)
6 hours ka na sa Excel?

👉 20-20-20 rule

'Fuel for productivity' naman 'to, 'di ba?

Keep your records clean.

Keep It Separate! 🛑 💳

Mixing business and personal finances isn’t just an accounting headache. It can also open your business (and you!) up to serious tax complications and liability issues.

Creating a clear line between your business transactions and your personal life is a core habit for sustainable growth.

✅ Open Dedicated Accounts: Have a business checking and a business credit card only for business use.
✅ Stop Co-Mingling: No more buying business supplies on a personal card (or vice versa).
✅ Simplify Taxes & Audits: Accurate, separate records make your CPA (and the BIR) happy.

Don't just keep separate books; keep separate banks! It’s the easiest way to ensure your financial integrity.

How do you manage your accounts?
A. Pure Business Account (Like a pro!)
B. Some Mixing (Working on it!)
C. A Financial Smoothie 🥤 (I need help separating them!)

Small habits build strong businesses.

One simple practice:
Record transactions regularly.

It prevents missed deductions, catches errors early, and keeps your financial records reliable.
