PCAB/DOLE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
40-hr COSH (SO2)
For proprietors , AMOs, Sr.Mgt. & Technical Officers. This is in accordance with the Joint Administrative Order (JAO) no. 01, series of 2011 executed by and among the DOLE, DPWH, DTI and the PRC which requires, among others for PCAB to enhance the program of instilling a culture of safety among contractors. Effective CFY 2014-2015, per PCAB Board Resolution no. 040, series of 2014, all contractors shall be required to have in its roster at least one Sustaining Technical Employee (STE) who has completed the 40hr COSH course
