We are looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive Marketing Associate who can help our team develop engaging content ideas, work with affiliates and creators, and improve our overall marketing campaigns.
๐ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
๐ Content Strategy & Scriptwriting
Create highly engaging video scripts and content briefs for our video editors.
Conceptualize strong hooks, marketing angles, storytelling ideas, and selling points for different products.
Think of different approaches to make our advertisements and organic content more engaging.
๐ป Affiliate & Creator Management
Search for and recruit potential Video Creators, TikTok Affiliates, Live Shopping Creators, and Live Sellers.
Communicate and negotiate with potential affiliates and creators.
Provide creators with clear content instructions, preferred video styles, hooks, product angles, and content guidelines.
Maintain good relationships with active affiliates and creators.
๐ Advertising Analysis
Be able to read and understand basic advertising metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, CPA, Sales, and other campaign performance indicators.
Analyze which advertisements, creatives, hooks, and marketing angles are performing well.
Use advertising data to recommend new content ideas and improve existing marketing campaigns.
โข Trend & Competitor Research
Regularly research trending TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and short-form video formats.
Identify viral hooks, content styles, formats, sounds, concepts, and selling strategies.
Think creatively about how current trends can be applied to our product videos, advertisements, photos, and affiliate content.
Monitor competitors and identify marketing opportunities that our team can adapt or improve.
๐ QUALIFICATIONS

At least High School Graduate

With or without experience โ applicants with strong creativity and willingness to learn are welcome.

Creative and capable of regularly contributing new marketing and content ideas.

Comfortable using social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms.

Willing to learn advertising metrics, content analysis, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce marketing.

Can work effectively with a team.
โ
Can handle repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.

Good communication skills and comfortable reaching out to creators, affiliates, and potential partners.

Mahilig mag-research at updated sa mga trending videos, viral content, and social media trends.
