DETACHMENT COMMANDER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and lead all security personnel assigned to the detachment.
• Ensure proper implementation of security protocols and site-specific instructions.
• Conduct daily formation, roll call, and inspection of guards.
• Monitor guard attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the security agency.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documents.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of guards under their command.
• Implement and enforce company rules, regulations, and standards.
• Coordinate with the main office or operations team for updates, issues, and manpower concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Complete 201 files
• Must possess a valid LESP (License to Exercise Security Profession) • Male, preferably 30–50 years old
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Detachment Commander or similar leadership role
• With strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Must be physically fit, alert, and able to respond to emergencies
• Good in both written and verbal communication
• Trustworthy, responsible, and with good moral character
• Willing to be assigned in various locations, depending on deployment.
