Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor the performance of security guards at assigned posts
• Conduct regular inspections of posts, facilities, and premises to ensure safety and security standards are met
• Ensure that all guards are properly deployed, in uniform, and following company protocols
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or security-related concerns
• Prepare and submit inspection reports and incident documentation in a timely manner
• Report any violations, irregularities, or suspicious activities to the Security Operations Manager
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local security regulations
• Assist in training and orienting new security personnel
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, staff, and the public
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in security or inspection roles preferred
• Must possess a valid LESP (License to Exercise Security Profession) in Security Officer
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify security risks
• Good leadership and supervisory skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make sound decisions
• Must have own motorcycle for field inspections
• Flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
