HELAMAN SECURITY AGENCY is looking for qualified, dedicated, and professional Security Guards to join our growing team!
✨ 🔐 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access
• Control access and verify IDs of employees, visitors, and guests
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, accidents, and suspicious activities
• Conduct routine inspections of property, equipment, and surroundings
• Prepare clear and timely incident reports and daily activity logs
• Maintain peace and order and professionally handle disturbances
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
• Secure entrances, exits, and restricted areas
• Assist employees, clients, and visitors when needed
• Operate CCTV, radios, and other security equipment
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
✔️ Complete 201 File
✔️ Must possess a valid LESP (License to Exercise Security Profession)
✔️ At least High School Graduate
✔️ Additional security training is an advantage
✔️ Good observation skills and attention to detail
✔️ Can remain calm and act quickly during emergencies
✔️ Strong integrity, discipline, and professionalism
✔️ Physically fit and capable of standing/patrolling for extended periods
✔️ Willing to work shifting schedules, nights, weekends, and holidays.
