Above all I would like to give glory, praise and thanks to God, our Almighty Father for bringing me here in Ideal where I found refuge and a second family!
My Ideal journey was not easy, but I am proud to say that it was all worth it. This community has helped me grow, mature and overcome most of my fears and weaknesses with the support of all my mentors, leaders and my Ideal Family!
I am beyond thankful na naging parte ng buhay ko ang Ideal Prime Ventures! Thank you to our company owners to Pres. Greg Padilla, Chairman Alvin Santiago, Dir. Jonray EsquejoII, Dir. Christopher Estigoy, Dir. Jing Castro and most of all to Dir. Gerald Bautista for the very inspiring success stories, the more learnings na applicable sa lahat ng aspeto sa buhay.
Naalala ko pa nung unang buwan ko palang sa Ideal naranasan ko na kumain at ma-treat ng mga owners as one of the "Your Night Qualifiers", doon palang naramdaman ko na ang feelings ng Spirit of Family.💖
Kahit wala pang isang taon na ginagawa ko ang Ideal Business it feels like napakatagal na akong parte ng pamilyang to, hindi ko na iisa- isahin sa dami ng first time and unforgettable moments but it all feels surreal!
Thankful ako sa lahat ng mga millionaires club na nagpasa ng maraming Learnings and insights at nag-inspire saakin, to mentor Celer Salazar, mentor Jun Belarmino, mentor Htennek Ocnarrab, at sa nag-guide saakin para maabot ko ang pagiging 6 digit ko, mentor Tim Dela Peña Villaflor and to all M-clubs of Ideal thank you very much.
I would like to take this opportunity also to thank all my mentors also under mentor Tim Villaflor, to mentor Joe Montero, mentor Joe Frazier Relles, mentor Eunice Grace Villaflor, mentor Jessa Naynes and syempre sa nag iisang dahilan kung bakit ako nandito sa Ideal, kung bakit nagbago ang buhay at kung bakit matured na akong magdecide kahit mas bata sya saakin, ang nag-iisa kung hardworking pamangkin mentor Emelyn Mancio, thank you sainyong lahat for guiding and lift me up sa oras na ako ay nahihirapan at nadadown. Syempre hindi mawawala sa circle ko yung mga leaders ko, sila din yung dahilan kung bakit ko nakuha ang pagiging 6digit earner ko, sila yung andyan kapag kaylangan ko ng kasama outbound presentation, aT sila din yung tumutulong maghandle sa parami ng parami naming members sa TEAM ALPHA'S, to mam Jessica Mateo, Wilmar Florentino, Marlexis Sibayan, mam Ason Cailo, Jake Nefarious, Aldrine Raposon, Yrban Rrdeab, John Gaper and Daniel Bryl Cortez, and to all my estudyante squads, to Melody Barrientos, Angel Moral, Windell Brillante, Jane Andrea Sambajon, BienDesu, at marami pa, hindi ko na ma mention kasi sobrang dami niyo na, from the bottom of my HEART thank you so much dahil nandyan kayong lahat.
Before ako nag Ideal, i used to be a normal Chowking Team leader lang for all most 5 years. Stress, struggles, obstacles in life ay halos naranasan ko na, dumating sa point ay halos sumuko na ako dahil ni isa sa pangaral ko ay wala pang nakuha. Ako yung taong never mo makikitaan ng kahinaan sa work before. Para saakin kung mahina ka, emotional ka, hindi ka belong sa team ko, that was me before nung nagwowork pa ako.
Pero ang buhay ay parang gulong, minsan nasa ibabaw ka at minsan naman ay nasa ilalim ka, walang permanente sa mundo.
Nakilala ko lang ang business at nagfulltime ako nung October 1, 2018 and until now I am creating my journey and my legacy together with my family, my Team driven phoenix and my Team Alpha's.
Whatever challenge and reason you think of to do this business, may it be big or small subukan mo kapatid, you'll never know. Baka mas magaling ka pa saakin at mas malayo pa ang maaabot mo dito. Wala sa galing at talino mo ang pag asenso, nasa kamay mo lamang kung tatanggapin mo!!
SUCCESS IS A MATTER OF CHOICE, SOME WILL SAY ITS LUCK, I SAY ITS OUT OF PASSION, PERSISTENCE AND GREAT DETERMINATION.
