Sometime in 1951, the company ventured in a private security business under the style Veterans Philippine Scouts Security Agency. Later on, it amended its articles of incorporation and became a private security agency with the sole primary purpose of providing security services. Jamila is no longer physically fit to perform the tedious duty required by his position he passed on the responsibility of running the company in a remarkable turnover of command to the second generation of the Jamila clan. Going into its seventh (7th) decade of quality security services, it has a solid and liquid financial capacity to pay its guards on time and become one of the leading private security agencies in the country.
