Every Undas, we go back to the people we miss.

We bring flowers and candles, and we tell the same stories again. The one about how she laughed. The one about what he always cooked. And somewhere at home, there is a photo of them that the whole family knows by heart.

• For shipped orders, please order by October 18.
• For showroom pickup, please order by October 25. Pickup will be on October 30 and 31.

If the photo is old or faded, send it to us anyway. We will go over it with you before anything is printed.

A photo from lola's birthday. A family portrait that finally has everyone in it. A pet who has quietly become the favorite child. Some of you have been printing your Christmas gifts with us for years, and it is one of our favorite parts of the season.

A few things to know:
• The offer covers standard size wood prints. Custom sizes, framed prints, coasters, homeware, and collection sets are not included.
• For shipped orders, please order by December 7 so your gift arrives before Christmas.
• For showroom pickup, please order by December 13. Pickup will be on December 18 and 19.

Each print takes about a week to make, so ordering early gives us more room to get yours just right.

We start at the screen: color-correcting, resizing, making sure every detail reads well before it ever touches wood. Once the file is ready and confirmed, it goes to print.

When it comes back, we take over. The wood-burned stamp goes on the back. The hook is attached. Then it's wrapped, tied, and ready.
