Royale CRYSTAL Guild International is one of Royale's business clubs which is supportive and dedicated to help people especially fellow Filipinos to have success which means complete freedom particularly in reaching their big dreams in life. Indeed, we believe in the saying, "If you want to be successful, you have to help others be successful". I have learned this when I took the responsibility to
send my siblings in college to study and decided not to pursue my studies due to financial and health issues. Fortunately, my brother next to me graduated in college as Comlaude with Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I believe that if I will be able to help them finish their studies in college, they will have a better future. Definitely, we aim for success and good fortunes. Education was the first step we have taken to gain knowledge and skills. Some of us thought that after taking college degree, we would be able to find a better job to have a better life. But, only few realised that it was the only beginning to take the stairs to be successful. I, Cristal Mae Gacutan Palen, founder of Royale CRYSTAL Guild International is proud to be Royalista, the eldest of my four siblings and a daughter of my loving parents who taught us how to be a well-disciplined children, responsible person at school and work and even in our words and deeds. Furthermore, I used to be an honor student since elementary, graduated in high school as Class Valedictorian and had an honorific scholarship in college. Unfortunately, due to financial problem, I decided to go to an urban place to find a job for me to earn and help my family ascend from poverty. At age of 17, I worked as a housemaid. After several months, I applied in a call center, got hired and started working there for almost four years. Being a call center agent was not my dream job but it helped me become a better and responsible person, customer service oriented, great leader and one of the high end products of our country. This is where I started to have a part time business with Royale to earn unlimited. While working, I am saving 30% of my income to invest and earn more than what I expected. Selling safe, effective and high end products of Royale was not difficult as there were free trainings given which I attended since I was eager and determined to learn how to do business. Here, we encourage everyone to be financially business literate as it will lead us to have financial and time freedom. Let's start from the statement "We should know the difference between assets and liabilities.” a first step given by Robert Kiyosaki in his book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad: What The Rich Teach Their Kids About Money That the Poor and Middle Class Do Not!". Having assets or business can help us keep away from debt or other financial problems and even cover all of our expenses and liabilities and achieve our biggest dreams. Even doing this as part time to have additional income can lead to an extra ordinary income. We have searched for two keys to financial freedom; first one is called “Leverage” where we can create more hours; and, second one is called Residual Income which means an income earned for a long time after the work is complete. Are you someone being multiplied or someone who multiplies oneself? In this business, you are the boss of your own business who manage time and financial whenever and wherever you want while living in a life you always dreamed of and even be successful while helping others be successful too. Our mentors, business consultants and Royale family have already accomplished in reaching most of our dreams like helping their families ascend from difficulties, having their own house and lot, cars, traditional businesses and even travel internationally. We aim for the best here in Royale which is a Filipino owned company. Our motto is helping other people is our way of life.
