📢 Important Advisory: Face-to-Face Trainings & Travel Arrangements

In light of the recent rise in fuel prices and overall travel costs brought about by the ongoing situation, we would like to share an important update with everyone.

We understand that many of you prefer to book your flights early to secure lower fares, and we truly appreciate your initiative and commitment. However, we kindly ask that you coordinate with our Admin (Ms. Mary) first before purchasing any airfare tickets.

Our face-to-face training sessions require a minimum number of participants to proceed. At the moment, many of our participants, especially from the government sector, are also adjusting their plans due to budget constraints, rising costs, and the transition to a 4-day work week, which has shifted priorities for many agencies this year.

With this, we want to ensure that no one incurs unnecessary expenses in case there are changes in the training format.

👉 Should we not meet the required number of participants for face-to-face sessions in the coming months, we will transition to online training to continue delivering value and learning without disruption.

Welcoming 2026 with Faith, Purpose, and Hope ✨

As we mapped out our 2025 training calendar, our heart was clear: to be part of real, positive change across organizations in both the Private and Public Sectors.

As a Founder of DANCHE Training and Consultancy, Inc., I hold on to this hope: that those who attended our sessions will one day make a huge difference, starting with the realization that you are not “just an employee.” You don’t need a position or a higher title to create impact.

There will always be challenges, tests of character in every organization. We at DANCHE are not exempt. But please know this: WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. We learn together, from each other.

May the scars, pain, and hurt that 2025 gave us lead to a BETTER us in 2026 and beyond. We don’t aim to be the best. When we TRUST and place everything in God’s Hands, nothing is impossible. DANCHE exists only by His leading, not our will, but HIS.

On November 17, 2016, DANCHE Management Training Solutions was registered through the Department of Trade and Industry in Antipolo City, Rizal. The owner, who happens to work in the field of Human Resources for almost fifteen (15) years, decided to put up her own training business because she believes that training, where learning new things happen and skills are sharpened, is a continuous process. There are a lot of training providers, most are known and already have a lot of clients, but what makes DANCHE different from the rest is we build relationships with our clients through relevant and quality training(s), and most of them becomes our client for HR and Management Consultancy. We pour our hearts to every module/training that we do. We make sure that we go deeper and give what our clients really need. We would like to emphasize that DANCHE loves to assist and guide every individual. It is our passion to learn and share what we know to help others reach their goal and empower them to help and serve others better.
