’s mission is to provide professional, dedicated, efficient and personal security service, characterized by preventive efforts and safety consciousness in their performance of their duties, over and above of their assigned tasks. Our company is run by exceptionally experienced directors and officers, all of whom are active members of Philippine Society for Industrial Security (PSIS), PADPAO, Philippine K9 Federation and Mall Security Management Association of the Philippines and; most of whom are 2nd generation professionals in the security industry. In our line of security personnel, we have, both male and female personnel that are completely trained and capable in rendering quality service that benefit our clients. boasts of our high standard in hiring security personnel. Aside from passing the required government tests, our aspirants are required to pass a series of rigid tests given by our office – physical, psychological and mental tests – that will assure us of the stability and capability of every member of our security force. Not only are they legitimately licensed, they are well-trained, physically fit, mentally stable and morally upright. We have continuous in-house security training and meetings for all our personnel. Which include, among others:
• Regular updates on PNP-SOSIA (Philippine National Police – Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies) implementing rules and regulations.
• Bomb detection exercises and updates
• Fire prevention
• Crowd control and dispersal
• Proper firearm handling
• Personal grooming and hygiene
• And mostly importantly, Professional People Skills training to ensure proper courtesy
• Plus other refresher courses
As part of our company’s growth and progress, aside from offering security guards, PSAI provides K9 bomb and drug sniffing dogs for malls, offices and other special events with high traffic crowd, through our sister company ALPHA K9. More recently, PSAI is likewise a provider of skillfully trained and competent CCTV Operators (levels 1 and 2), having had clients such as F1 Hotel in BGC, Fort Taguig City and Crown Tower Condominium in Makati City.
