This article is more than food, it’s about my family, our memories, and Malabon. Everything I share comes from the kitchens, markets, and stories I grew up with. Thank you to Chef Reggie Aspiras and Inquirer Lifestyle for helping honor Malabon’s food culture and the everyday food heroes behind it. This means so much to me. Maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat!
