Oracle Petroleum Corporation (OPC) a new and aggressive
player in the petroleum industry is engaged in the tolling
business of lubricants. It is strategically located at First Bulacan
Industrial City in Barrio tikay, Malolos City, Bulacan. The plant
has an annual rated capacity of about 12 million liters and is
capable of filling various sizes such as 200 ml, 1-liter bottle,
4-liter container, 20-

liter pail, and 200-liter drum. These base stocks are derived from a virgin blend and
high-quality feedstock. The Company avails of technology
transfer from the foremost additive global manufacturers. The
plant is geared towards the production of various lubricants
such as automotive oils, transmission fluids, diesel engine
oils, hydraulic oils, turbine oils, heat transfer oils, gear oils,
marine oils, compressor oils, cutting oils, other industrial oils, and specialty lubricants.
