Tech isn’t just an option—it’s the key to scaling up.

Proud to see Converge SME Solutions’ BizKarteng Pinoy Podcast featured on PhilSTAR Tech, highlighting how Filipino MSMEs can harness the right technology to grow, compete, and take their businesses beyond local markets.

Another meaningful conversation that puts Filipino entrepreneurs and digital transformation in the spotlight.

Thank you, PhilSTAR Tech, for the feature and for helping amplify the MSME story!

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, or MSMEs, are critical to the Filipino way of life. 10 taon na kami.

When we first started i55, we wanted to create a group that would create content that matters. But after 10 years, what we realized is that we created a playground where every piece of content matters to us—one that has built a shared sense of values, discipline, and collaboration. And maybe that’s what makes the content we put out there matter even more: because it mattered to us first.

10 years ago, we said we’d go back to this café to celebrate our anniversary. A very humble dream, which we are finally able to fulfill today, with a bunch of crazies who made this playground extra.

Sa aming mga kliyente—maraming salamat sa tiwala. To the i55 crazies, thank you for choosing i55 to release and show your passion.

To 10 more years of creating content that matters.

11 years of making digital finance more accessible for every Filipino. 💙

From a two-person startup in 2015 to a nationwide fintech company with over 1,000 employees, 70+ offices, and 7,000+ self-service kiosks, eTap Inc. continues to champion financial inclusion across the country.

Serving more than 16 million customers and supporting 800+ partner billers, eTap's unique phygital approach bridges the gap between cash and digital transactions—making essential financial services easier to access, especially in rural and underserved communities.

Built on innovation, trust, and globally recognized standards, we're proud to celebrate 11 years of empowering Filipinos and creating opportunities in the digital economy.

The journey is far from over—because financial inclusion isn't just a goal, it's the mission.

Founded on June 25, 2015, by Chairman Percy Hernandez and Chief Executive Officer Marlon Portugal, eTap began as a homegrown fintech challenger with just two employees. It has since matured into a nationwide force of over 1,000 employees operating across more than 70 offices, establishing itself as a premier authority in self-service technology.
