EVOLIFE Training and Formation Center, more popularly known as Life Academy, is dedicated to forming the youth and professionals to become joyful and passionate individuals who are motivated to make positive contributions in their families, organizations, companies and socie
ty. The name stresses the value we put in the need to constantly find new and better ways to do things toward a better way of living in an ever-changing environment. We specialize in program customization particularly in the areas of team building, leadership and management, innovation and creativity, customer service excellence, work-life balance, life skills and psycho-spiritual development. Our ability to innovate and institutionalize projects/programs lie in the wide network of partners we nurture with openness and trust. EVOLIFE is composed of a pool of HR practitioners, trainers, counselors, business consultants of top companies in the Philippines and consulting firms. It is headed by its founder, Tricia Santiago, who has been a trainer for over 14 years. A graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University, her various experiences in organizing and managing training and psycho-spiritual sessions for different audiences, from the rural youth and farmers, to local government officials, seminarians, non-government organizations, call centers, and other corporations, have given her a broad and deep insight into people and life. Her expertise is on the application of participatory techniques to training that were further enhanced during her studies in the United Kingdom at the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex in Brighton. Tricia is the person behind the establishment of the historical, firs-ever toll-free call center, Gabay-Halalan 10-149 that provided different election-related information to Filipinos nationwide last 2004 and 2007.
