ANTHILL Circularity Hub is now in training, 100% powered by women!

This Women’s Month, we celebrate the artisans of Payatas as they train in weaving, upcycling, repair, and circular design. The Hub has been alive with learning, shared meals, laughter, and steady hands discovering new skills. In transforming discarded textiles, these women are also expanding possibilities for themselves and their families.

This journey is made possible with the generous support of , the Quezon City LGU led by , and — partners who believe that empowering women through livelihood and sustainability creates ripples that last far beyond the workshop walls.

Here at the Circularity Hub, circularity means more than giving textiles a second life. It means opening new doors, nurturing confidence, and building futures together.

Thread by thread, skill by skill, this is how we celebrate women. 🧡🧵

With fashion being the 2nd largest pollutant in the world, we at ANTHILL find ways to create small circular initiatives so we can be part of the solution.

Your “trash” is our treasure—from WASTE to WEAVES ♻️. The textile waste we collect from corporate partners, local manufacturing businesses, and designers are cut into strips and woven into new fabrics by our partner community in Argao, Cebu. This is our small contribution to caring for Mother Earth. What would’ve ended up in landfills is given a second life—woven with care, skill, and purpose. 🌎

In celebration of Zero Waste Month, we invite you to collaborate with us on environmental solutions. Let’s reimagine old uniforms, discarded towels and linens, and production end-cuts—and turn them into something meaningful instead of waste. Hit us up at [email protected]

Thank you to our friends at .ph for helping us tell this story! ♻️

The ANTHILL Circularity Hub is the result of months of dreaming, planning, building, and rebuilding. From sorting textile waste to designing systems, from community conversations to hands-on collaboration—this space was shaped by many hands, minds, and hearts working toward one shared goal: to turn what’s discarded into opportunity.

Every corner of the hub carries a story of partnership between artisans, communities, designers, local government, and private sector allies proving that circularity only works when we work together. This is where waste finds new purpose, where livelihoods are created, and where innovation is grounded in care.

And this is only the beginning. ✨
We are grateful to the QC government and our partners , Shell Philippines and for trusting our vision and supporting our dreams.

Follow our trail as we commence on the weaving training this month and soon open our doors to everyone. The future is circular—and we’re just getting started. ♻️

Weaving the very first circularity hub this year in the Philippines has been one of the biggest milestones of our 2025! With this shared space, we cannot wait for the endless possibilities in closing the loop ♻️✨

The ANTHILL’s Circularity Hub in Quezon City was made possible through collaboration with the QC Government, office of and the support of Shell Philippines, , and .

This hub is where textile waste becomes opportunity—fueling livelihoods, innovation, and circular solutions. It’s proof of what can happen when local government, communities, and partners work hand in hand toward a shared vision for sustainability.

As we open our doors this April, we’re inviting more circular collaborators to join us. If you have excess textiles, let’s turn what’s discarded into woven value and lasting impact—together. 🌱🧵

Through innovation and craftsmanship, we give new life to textile waste by turning even the tiniest fabric offcuts into our Zero Waste Weaves, a proof that beauty can emerge from what’s been left behind. ♻️

At with , sustainability is a tapestry woven from intention — honoring the threads of our cultural heritage while nurturing the fabric of our future. 🌱🧶

Sharing our journey at the Circular Economy Forum 2025 with and was truly meaningful. Our Circularity Manager Jamie Naval shared how we Weave Out Waste — transforming textile scraps into new Zero Waste Weaves, designing with purpose, and embracing circularity in every stitch. ✂️♻️

Together, we’re stitching a future where nothing is wasted and every thread finds new life. We reclaim, recycle, and reimagine textile waste — threading sustainability into every fabric.
