It opened its office at Unit #21 Llanar Bldg., Boni Serrano Cor. 10th Ave. Murphy, Cubao, Quezon City

The Agency started its actual operation one day after the release of its

License to Operate from the PNP SOSIA. Among its clients in the Rizal areas and NCR are the ICCT Colleges Foundation, Inc. with eight (8) branches, Hotels/Apartelle under the management of Ecoreal, Victory Land Corp., Kontorini Food Park and 20 Lansbergh Place Condominium.
