This is one of the things I realized when I started selling and closing deals for the business. Madalang tong mapagusapan or masabi pero malaking tulong para mas tumaas yung chance mo makapag close ng sale.

Video Description: This video explores how rejection, complaints, or a successful transaction can affect the way an entrepreneur or sales person treats the next customer. It reflects on why each customer deserves a fresh conversation and a consistent experience.

: A CONFUSED CUSTOMER will probably not buy.
Hindi lahat magtatanong or mag-eeffort intindihin kung ano ba talaga yung binebenta mo.
Most customers will simply move on to something easier to understand.
Dont make the buying decision harder, keep your offer simple and clear.

Start of the month nanaman, sana may natira sa kinita mo.
Check your recurring bills, would you choose the purchase again today? Think before you swipe, consider before you commit.

: Wherever you go, try to leave something better.
Maybe you fixed something, made the work easier, helped someone, or simply took better care of what was given to you. You don’t have to change everything.
Sana mas naging maayos compared nung dinatnan mo. Just leave something better wherever you go.

The hands of the clock are moving whether or not you work toward the things you want. Start now and enjoy the fruits eventually. Kung hindi mo sisimulan, the future will always be a "what if".
If you are looking for motivation or a sign to start anything now for the future you want, this is it.

Video Description: This video explores why we delay the things that matter, how small actions can build momentum and confidence, and how to take a first step even when the whole journey isn’t clear.

: Being good at your job doesn’t always mean you’re good to work with.
May mga taong skilled at magaling sa trabaho, pero mahirap kausap, simpleng adjustment nagiging issue, or everything has to go their way.
Sa work or business, people remember the quality of your work and what it was like working with you. Importante na maayos ka katrabaho.

LIVING BELOW YOUR MEANS is an underrated tool o protect your peace of mind and ease the pressure to always want more.

It’s tiring to keep chasing an expensive life you can’t afford.

: May mga taong hirap talagang magsabi ng "I DONT KNOW".
Kaya kahit hindi sigurado, sasagot. Manghuhula. Minsan mag-iimbento pa, just to avoid looking like they don’t know. But you don’t lose credibility by admitting you don’t know everything. Mas nakakawala ng credibility yung confident ka sa sagot na hindi mo naman talaga alam.
