Our firm is looking for a Building Engineer and Shift Engineer with the following qualifications:

- Licensed Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer.
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality property management.
- Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering fields, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems related to building systems and maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards is essential.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and procedures.

The project location is in Taguig City Business District.
