We are currently pooling home-based talents for US Clients.

1. Candidate must create a 1-minute Video (not less than 1 minute and not more than 1.5 minutes) introducing self.
2. The video must include:
a. First name and country of residence
b. Number of Years in the BPO/Contact Center industry. Specify length of stay with each employer or account w/o mentioning any brands.
c. Languages spoken
d. Reason why you should be picked
e. Your professional vision and expound on it very briefly

3. The video must be taken in a well – lit area. Unclear, blurred, and/or dark videos will be rejected.
4. Background must be plain and light colored.
5. You must must be in corporate/business attire
6. Applicants must look directly at the camera in the entire video. Camera must be situated in an eye level – frontal angle.
7. The video must not have any brands or company names in it. Upon submission the video will be company property.
8. Save the video in a Google shared drive (MUST be in .MP4 format) and send the link to [email protected]. Please follow the file name format below:
