Duties and Responsibilities of Compliance and Training Officer:
-Reviews and evaluates compliance issues concern within the operations.
-Ensure that all employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies that company policies and procedures are being followed.
-Ensure that the service contract entered into between company and client are fully complied.
-Prepares and maintain a process for updating the company operational preventive security training program.
-Review and identify all security standards required by local regulator and client for all employees.
-Develops, implement and maintain company security database for training records and other information to set training schedules.
-Perform other related duties as required.

Duties and Responsibilities of Operations Officer/Supervisor
-Provide assistance to officer/s in the implementation and continuous review of effective security measures.
-Conduct regular inspection, test, station visit to determine the effectiveness of security measures implemented in the different stations/detachment.
-Perform other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Baccalaureate Degree (any 4-year course)
2. Computer Literate
3. Good English Communication Skills (written & verbal)
4. Follow Instructions
5. Team player

SECURITY GUARD or AVIATION SECURITY
QUALIFICATION:
Male 21-35 years of age, 5'4”in height
Female 21-30 years of age, 5'0”in height
At least earned 72 units in college with or without experience
With or Without LICENSE TO EXERCISE SECURITY PROFESSION (LESP)
Willing to undergo 10-day BASIC AVIATION SECURITY COURSE

Training fee will be shouldered first by the company and subject for salary deduction. (installment basis)

REQUIREMENTS:
-Valid/current Brgy., National Police Clearance and NBI Clearance
-NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
-Valid/current Drug Test Result
-Valid/current Pre-Employment Medical Certificate w/ "FIT TO WORK" from any DOH accredited medical laboratory
-Transcript of Record/College Diploma
-SSS,Pag-Ibig,Phil Health Number and TIN
-Latest 2X2 Colored picture (2 copies)
-Clearance from previous employer/Certificate of Employment
